In 1990 Pamela Bice along with her partner Jonathan Askew opened one
of Canada's first Equity Centres. As the industry evolved and
developed in 1994 Pamela and Jonathan opened an independent mortgage
brokerage. Verico Money Business Inc. o/a The Mortgage Store has
been a place of growth and learning for the two partners.
With a focus on customer satisfaction through integrity and a high
standard of underwriting the staff at The Mortgage Store are well
versed in financial options. Devoted to continual education and
