Low Slope
This is a picture of SBS modified bitumen (Torchflex
TP-180-Cap) being applied to a TorchFlex Base Sheet, this
procedure should be done by a professional low slope torch
welder.
A
layer of coloured ceramic mineral granules is embedded to
provide UV resistance and give your roof a more impressive
appearance.
Slate
Most homes with slate roofs require little upkeep. However, many
older slate roofs can benefit from periodic inspection and
maintenance.
Here is the installation of slate around a vent stack.
Wood
Wood roofing products are generally known as cedar shingles or
cedar shakes, a shingle is sawn on both sides and is thinner at
the butt than shake, which is typically split on one or both
sides. Shakes and shingles are also installed differently on a
roof. Photos shown are the two types of wood roofs, top one
being shakes.
Metal
