GROUP CLASSES
Our group classes are designed to provide our students with a
good
martial arts workout. The workouts include: punching and
kicking combinations
to program motor and memory and increase
stamina; pad and bag drills to develop accuracy, speed, and
power; abdominal work; stretching; and other exercises
which
enhance self-defense/fighting skills.
